Job Location: Hyderabad_ Kodicherla, Near Shadnagar, Kothur, Shamashabad.

Job Description:

Food microbiological testing; aseptic sampling and handling; media preparation and sterilisation; environmental monitoring; operation of microbiology equipment; GLP, biosafety, documentation and MS Excel.
Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, finished products and water using approved methods.
Conduct personnel, surface and environmental hygiene monitoring as per the sampling plan.
Prepare media; verify media performance and sterilisation; maintain cultures and laboratory controls safely.
Record and trend results; promptly escalate unsatisfactory findings and support investigations and corrective actions.
Maintain equipment checks, sample traceability, laboratory hygiene and secure decontamination and disposal of microbiological waste.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
