Key Responsibilities:

Employee Lifecycle Support: Assist with seamless onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.

HRIS Management: Maintain accurate employee records and update internal databases (HRIS).
n
Reporting & Analytics: Generate critical headcount, attendance, and training reports using Excel and data tools.
n
Required Qualifications:

Education: MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or a related management field.
n
Experience: Fresher.
n
Key Skills: Robust communication, basic Excel proficiency (data analysis), sharp attention to detail, and a high learning agility.

Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) Management Trainee

nFocus: Sourcing, Candidate Management & Onboarding

Key Responsibilities:
n
Talent Sourcing: Identify qualified talent pools using job portals, LinkedIn, and internal employee referrals.
n
Screening & Interviewing: Conduct resume screening and preliminary phone/virtual interviews.
n
Interview Coordination: Schedule rounds and manage smooth communication between hiring managers and applicants.
n
Onboarding Support: Help execute joining formalities, host orientations, and maintain candidate tracking databases.
n
Required Qualifications:
n
Education: MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline.
n
Experience: Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of internship experience in HR/recruitment.
n
Key Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
