Management Trainee Role & Responsibilities

OPM World The Management Trainee will work with the management team on product development, marketing, business growth and new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Search and identify new products, product ideas and market opportunities.
Research market trends, customer needs and competitors.
Support new product development, sourcing and procurement.
Find and communicate with current suppliers, manufacturers and business partners.
Help develop new product concepts, pricing and launch plans.
Plan and support product promotions, advertising and marketing activities.
Explore current sales channels, distributors, corporate customers and e-commerce platforms.
Assist in planning exhibitions, events and promotional activities.
Build and maintain corporate and business relationships.
Support e-commerce sales planning and product promotion.
Track market response and suggest ideas to improve sales and product growth.
Work on current ideas and initiatives to support the overall growth of OPM World.

Overall Role They will will get hands-on exposure to Product Development + Procurement + Marketing + Sales Channels + E-commerce + Business Development + Market Growth.
