Position: Microsoft Power Platform Developer
Experience Level: 3 to 5 years
Core Focus: Building custom business applications, workflow automations, and data integrations.

Key Responsibilities
App Development: Design and build Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps to replace legacy or manual business processes.
Workflow Automation: Create, optimize, and maintain automated workflows and business approvals using Power Automate.
Data Management: Configure and manage Microsoft Dataverse tables, relationships, security roles, and business rules.
System Integration: Connect Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, and external REST APIs.
Collaboration: Work with stakeholders and business analysts to translate operational requirements into scalable technical designs.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 3 years of hands-on technical development within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
Technical Stack: Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and connectors. Familiarity with Power BI, Copilot Studio, or Power Pages is a solid plus.




Coding & Scripting: Basic web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or C# for custom component development (PCF).
Data & Cloud: Understanding of relational database concepts, SQL Server, and Azure services.
Soft Skills: Robust analytical problem-solving abilities and explicit communication for client or stakeholder-facing tasks.
Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, alongside official Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
