Job Title: Medical Business Associate – Telesales

Job Purpose

Drive sales growth by building relationships with healthcare professionals, chemists, and stockists over phone, email, and virtual meetings to promote pharmaceutical products and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls and conduct tele-detailing for doctors, pharmacists, and stockists.
Present product features, advantages, and therapeutic uses clearly.
Generate leads, process orders, and follow up on repeat orders and payments.
Onboard current client accounts to expand territory coverage.
Maintain call logs and client details in the CRM system.

Requirements
Education: Graduate in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
Experience: 1–3 years in pharmaceutical sales, telesales, or tele-detailing.
Skills: Excellent phone communication, product detailing, negotiation, and CRM knowledge.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
