nWe're looking for a Mid-Level Product Designer to own features, flows, and user problems across our client roster — fintech, edtech, deep tech. You'll work with PMs and engineers who expect you to bring thinking, not just pixels.

nWhat you'll actually do:

Own product features or user flows end-to-end — discovery, design, iteration
n
Partner with PMs on strategy and engineers on feasibility — both conversations matter
n
Conduct research, build prototypes, validate ideas before handoff
n
Contribute to design system work (components, patterns, specs)
n
Get feedback from senior designers and grow from it
n

nWho we're looking for:

n

n
3–5 years designing in product, SaaS, or digital environments
n
A portfolio that shows your problem-solving process, not just final output
n




Comfortable with user research and testing — you can articulate why a design works
n
Solid fundamentals: information architecture, interaction design, accessibility basics
n
Proficient in Figma (and comfortable learning other tools)
n
Ownership mindset — you follow a project through to launch, not just handoff
n
