Lead Conversion Executive Department: Sales / Business Development

Key Responsibilities Contact and follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp. Understand the customer’s requirements and recommend suitable courses. Explain course details, perks, duration, and career prospects. Handle customer queries and objections professionally. Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads. Convert qualified leads into successful admissions. Update lead status and follow-up details in CRM/Excel. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets. Coordinate with the counselling and management team when required. Maintain skilled relationships with prospective students/customers.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance) Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Working Days: Monday to Saturday Sunday: Weekly Off

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
