Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Linux System Administrator – Team Lead who will be responsible for Linux server administration, system monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Linux/RHEL servers in a production setting.
Perform server monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, and maintenance.
Handle system performance, availability, and security-related issues.
Identify and resolve Linux server and infrastructure issues.
Manage backups, updates, and routine system administration tasks.
Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution.
Guide and handle team members and monitor day-to-day activities.




Maintain proper documentation of systems, incidents, and changes.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Linux System Administration.
Hands-on experience with Red Hat / RHEL.
Server management and troubleshooting.
System monitoring and maintenance.
Positive understanding of Linux commands and administration.
Team handling / leadership experience.
Solid problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualification
Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Red Hat Certification is required/preferred.
2–4 years of relevant experience in Linux/System Administration.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience, technical skills, and interview performance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
