Position: Field Executive – Merchandising

Job Responsibilities:
Visit assigned pet shops/outlets regularly.
Arrange Drools products properly on shelves and racks.
Maintain product visibility and proper brand display.
Ensure correct SKU placement and shelf arrangement.
Check stock availability and identify stock gaps.
Maintain product cleanliness and merchandising standards.
Implement company display guidelines and promotional activities.
Take outlet/display photos and share regular reports.
Coordinate with retailers/store staff for proper product placement.
Monitor competitor displays and report market observations.
Ensure excellent execution of all merchandising activities at assigned outlets.





Eligibility:
Graduate / 12th Pass can apply.
0–2 years of experience in FMCG, retail, merchandising or field work preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel to assigned pet shops/outlets.
Fresher candidates with a positive attitude can also apply.

Advantages: Fixed Salary + PF + ESIC + Incentive Pay: From ₹24,000.00 per month
