Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience managing production, design, social media, and community management teams
Robust stakeholder and client management skills
Brand management and marketing strategy
Business development and brand outreach
Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work closely with founders and senior leadership
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and brand communication

Role and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage cross-functional teams across production, design, social media, and community management.




Develop and execute marketing and brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and external partners.
Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency in brand positioning and communication.
Identify and reach out to potential brands and business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective brand partners.
Work closely with the founding team on business, marketing, and brand initiatives.
Coordinate across teams to ensure timely and effective execution of campaigns and projects.
Monitor team performance, project progress, and overall marketing deliverables.
Take ownership of marketing initiatives from planning through execution and reporting.
