Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day or night shift workflows across the Outpatient Department (OPD), Inpatient Department (IPD), Emergency Room (ER), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and support services.
Patient Flow &
Bed Allocation

: Monitor real-time bed occupancy, admissions, discharges, and patient transfers to optimize capacity management.
Inter-Departmental Coordination: Act as the central communication link between nursing, housekeeping, security, maintenance, pharmacy, billing, and clinical teams.
Grievance Handling &
Escalations

: Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving urgent patient or family complaints and executing service recovery protocols.
Incident &
Emergency Response

: Act as the initial incident commander during emergencies (such as facility failures,



security threats, or mass casualties) until senior management arrives.
Staffing &
Resource Oversight

: Address immediate staffing gaps caused by absenteeism and ensure the facility has adequate non-clinical resources.
Compliance &
Safety

: Enforce hospital safety standards, hygiene audits, regulatory protocols, and facility readiness.
Shift Handover: Prepare comprehensive end-of-shift reports documenting operational issues, incidents, and pending actions for the incoming MOD

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
