Hiring: Manager — Team & Client Management (Bangalore)

OutofCtrl is expanding operations to Bangalore and is looking for a Manager to oversee team coordination and client relationships.

Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day team operations and ensure timely delivery of work
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and relationship management
Coordinate between internal teams and clients to align on expectations, timelines, and deliverables
Monitor project progress and resolve issues as they arise

Qualifications
Strong organizational, time-management, and coordination skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Clear written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and clients.




Basic understanding of project management concepts and comfort working with task-tracking or productivity tools.
Interest in branding, design, content, and e-commerce or B2C marketing, with a willingness to learn on the job.
Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, demonstrate professionalism, and contribute to a collaborative studio workplace.
Prior internship or academic project experience in managing or coordinating teams, even at a small scale, is an advantage.

Salary: ₹20,000/month
