We are looking for an experienced Lead DFT Engineer to drive DFT architecture, implementation, verification, and sign-off for complex SoCs.

MBIST Implementation & Verification
ATPG Generation & Coverage Optimization
Siemens Tessent / Synopsys TestMAX / DFT Compiler
JTAG / IEEE 1149.1 & IEEE 1500
DFT Verification & Gate-Level Simulation
TCL / Python / Perl Scripting
DFT Sign-off & Debug
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, CS or related field.
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
Work Location: Remote
