Role Overview

We are looking for a Manager / Senior Manager Brand Partnerships & Alliances to drive Pan-India advertising revenue through brand acquisition, strategic partnerships, and media sales.

Key Responsibilities
Acquire new brands and advertisers across key consumer categories.
Build and manage a strong Pan-India sales pipeline.
Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting, pitching and negotiation to closure.
Build relationships with brands, agencies, Marketing Heads, Business Heads and senior decision-makers.
Develop customized media plans and advertising solutions based on client objectives.
Sell integrated solutions across Digital, OOH, DOOH, BTL, on-ground activations, sampling, kiosks, gate/lift branding and resident engagement campaigns.




Drive repeat business, upselling and cross-selling from existing accounts.
Identify recent categories, markets and strategic partnership opportunities.
Own revenue targets, sales forecasts, pipeline and conversion metrics.
Work with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements
4–8 years of experience in Ad Sales, Media Sales, Brand Partnerships, Business Development or Strategic Alliances.
Robust B2B advertising/media sales experience.
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
Experience handling brands, advertisers, agencies or marketing teams.
Valuable understanding of Digital, OOH, DOOH, BTL or experiential marketing.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.
Pan-India client/market experience is an advantage.
