Job Summary The MIS Executive will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and analyzing marketing-related data and reports. The role involves generating periodic MIS reports, tracking marketing activities, monitoring business performance metrics, and providing data-driven insights to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing MIS reports.
Maintain and update customer, product, sales, and market data in ERP/CRM systems.
Generate reports on product performance, market trends, business development activities, and customer engagement.
Track marketing campaign effectiveness and provide analytical reports.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across all reports.
Create dashboards, presentations, and graphical representations of marketing data.
Coordinate with Sales, Business Development, Finance, and Supply Chain teams for data collection and reporting.
Perform data validation,



cleansing, and reconciliation activities.
Support management with ad hoc reports and business analysis.
Maintain historical records and databases for future reference.
Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or related field.
MBA (Marketing) preferred.

Required Skills
Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Power Query).
Power BI / Tableau knowledge preferred.
Solid data analysis and reporting skills.
Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and data accuracy.
