HIRING | Manager – Project Finance, Planning & MIS

We are looking for a finance skilled with robust experience in Project Finance, Financial Planning, MIS, Cash Flow Management and Fund Raising to join our team.

Location: Mumbai Central

Experience: 3–5 Years

Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) / Equivalent

Employment: Full time

Reporting To: Finance Head / Senior Management

Key Responsibilities
Project financial planning, budgeting & forecasting
Weekly/monthly cash flow planning and liquidity management
Budget vs. actual analysis and project cost monitoring
Preparation of MIS, financial reports and management dashboards
Financial modelling, scenario & sensitivity analysis
Project billing, collections and payment coordination
Assessment of project funding requirements
Preparation of loan proposals, financial projections and refinancing proposals
Coordination with banks, financial institutions, CAs, consultants and other stakeholders
Loan documentation,



disbursement and lender compliance
RERA-related financial documentation and certificates
Financial feasibility and project viability analysis
Monitoring project inflows, outflows and overall financial compliance

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
