Job Role: Marketing Manager

Experience: Minimum 4 years

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct strategic planning, market analysis, and catchment studies for assigned cities/territories
Perform competition analysis to position the brand effectively
Identify suitable properties and manage overall centre development during sign-up and post-launch
Assess potential business partners for suitability and alignment with company standards.
Build and maintain solid relationships with business partners to enhance brand visibility
Develop and execute marketing plans for current centre launches to achieve targeted student enrolments
Tie up with corporates and external stakeholders for sponsorships, campaigns, and events
Plan and conduct training sessions, promotional campaigns, and corporate partnerships




Achieve revenue and enrolment targets for assigned centres
Prepare ROI and P&L; projections for potential business partners

Qualifications & Skills
Graduation ( Any graduation)
Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing (preferably in education/service industries).
Solid analytical skills for market and competition analysis.
Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and managing P&L.;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive execution in dynamic environments.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
