Position: Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing activities and promotional campaigns for the restaurant.
Manage social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook, and coordinate content creation.
Coordinate with the design, PR, digital marketing, and operations teams for campaigns and events.
Plan and promote special events, offers, festivals, live music, and restaurant activations.
Develop partnerships with corporates, influencers, hotels, colleges, and local businesses to increase business.
Monitor competitors, market trends, customer preferences, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with agencies/vendors for digital marketing, photography, advertising, and promotional materials.
Support the restaurant team in achieving sales and customer footfall targets.




Track campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.
Ensure proper branding and marketing communication across all restaurant locations.

Requirements
Experience: 3–5 years
Hospitality / Restaurant / F&B; background preferred.
Positive knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
Valuable communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Creative, energetic, and result-oriented approach.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.
Willingness to travel locally and work during events or promotional activities when required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
