Role & responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate submission of all regulatory returns, reports, and disclosures to IRDAI in compliance with applicable regulations and circulars.
Coordinate with business functions to collate, validate, and submit regulatory information within prescribed timelines.
Maintain and strengthen the regulatory reporting governance framework, including data quality checks and audit trails.
Manage the end-to-end outsourcing governance process, including onboarding, due diligence, risk assessments, materiality evaluations, and periodic reviews of outsourced activities.
Monitor compliance with IRDAI Outsourcing of Activities Regulations and internal outsourcing policies.
Track outsourcing contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), performance metrics, and renewal requirements.




Conduct periodic reviews and compliance testing of outsourced service providers and ensure closure of identified gaps.
Liaise with IRDAI, auditors, and internal stakeholders during inspections, audits, and regulatory reviews.
Support implementation of regulatory reporting and outsourcing-related projects, automation, and process improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile
Solid knowledge of IRDAI Regulations, Circulars, and Reporting requirements applicable to Life Insurance companies.
In-depth understanding of IRDAI Outsourcing of Activities.
Regulations and vendor governance practices.
Regulatory reporting and compliance management expertise.
