Key Responsibilities
Drafting Contracts: Write transparent agreements from scratch, including non-disclosure agreements, employment contracts, service terms, and sales deeds.
Legal Research: Analyze relevant statutes, case laws, and industry regulations to ensure every clause complies with current laws.
Translating Complex Terms: Convert dense legal jargon into exact, unambiguous, and easily understandable language.
Reviewing and Editing: Inspect existing documents to spot hidden risks, missing liabilities, or unfair terms before signing.
Managing Compliance: Update agreements when laws change or when business needs and terms evolve over time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
