Key Responsibilities:
Manage EMS-related finance activities and transactions.
Review and process employee claims and reimbursements.
Manage vendor invoice verification and payments.
Ensure timely reconciliation and settlement of outstanding items.
Coordinate with HR, Procurement, Operations, and vendors for payment-related queries.
Ensure adherence to internal policies, controls, and audit requirements.
Prepare MIS and reports related to claims, reimbursements, and vendor payments.
