Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily dispatches and transportation of goods.
Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters for timely pickup and delivery.
Track shipments and provide regular delivery updates.
Prepare and maintain logistics-related documents such as LR, e-way bills, invoices, delivery challans, and PODs.
Coordinate with the warehouse, accounts, sales, and operations teams for dispatch requirements.
Follow up with transporters regarding vehicle placement and delivery status.
Ensure timely collection and maintenance of Proof of Delivery (POD).
Handle any transportation or delivery-related issues and coordinate for resolution.
Maintain records of transportation costs, freight bills, and delivery details.
Verify transporter bills and supporting documents before submitting them for processing.




Maintain proper documentation and records of all logistics activities.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable transportation requirements.
Prepare basic logistics reports and provide updates to management.

Qualification & Experience
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 3–4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, or supply chain.
Experience in a manufacturing workplace will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹430,000.00 per year
