Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end logistics and transportation operations for Candor Food.
Plan and coordinate daily dispatches and deliveries to customers, distributors, and other locations.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products while maintaining service levels.
Coordinate with warehouse, production, sales, procurement, and finance teams for smooth order fulfillment.
Manage transportation vendors, transporters, drivers, and logistics partners.
Negotiate transportation rates and monitor logistics costs.
Track vehicles and shipments and ensure timely delivery.
Handle delivery delays, shortages, damages, and other logistics-related issues.
Maintain proper documentation including invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, PODs, and transport documents.
Monitor freight costs, transportation expenses, and logistics KPIs.




Develop and implement cost-effective transportation and distribution plans.
Ensure proper handling and transportation of food products as per company quality and safety requirements.
Monitor product movement and coordinate with warehouses for stock availability and dispatch planning.
Maintain records of transporter performance, delivery timelines, freight rates, and logistics expenses.
Analyze logistics data and prepare regular MIS reports for management.
Identify prospects to reduce transportation costs and improve delivery efficiency.
Ensure compliance with applicable transportation, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Manage and resolve customer and distributor delivery-related concerns
