Role & responsibilities
Develop and implement facility management program including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements.
Supervise maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.
Conduct and document regular facilities inspections Maintain adherence and compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes.
Allocate and manage facility space for maximum efficiency.
Oversee facility renovations onsite, and off-site refurbishments at Corporate & Regional Offices.
Supervise front office services such as reception, security, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and parking, etc
