Mobilization Head – Residential Skilling Project
Mobilization Management
Plan and manage student mobilization activities across assigned areas.
Ensure timely achievement of enrollment and mobilization targets.
Team Management
Supervise and guide Mobilizers and monitor their daily activities.
Allocate areas, targets, and responsibilities to the mobilization team.
Student Enrollment & Retention
Identify potential candidates and ensure quality student enrollment.
Follow up with candidates to minimize dropouts and improve joining rates.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain daily mobilization and enrollment reports and share updates with management.
Coordinate with Center Heads and other teams for smooth student joining.
Additional Responsibilities




Support awareness drives, community outreach, counseling, and other project activities.
Perform additional duties assigned by management according to project requirements and expertise.

Job Types: Full time, Part time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
