Key Responsibilities
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities.
Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Monitor and assess student progress and maintain accurate records.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development and classroom activities.
Manage classroom behavior positively and effectively.
Organize classroom materials, displays, and learning resources.
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (B.Ed./Montessori/Early Childhood Education preferred).




1–5 years of teaching experience in Pre-Primary or Primary classes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
Ability to handle classroom responsibilities efficiently.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of child-centered teaching methodologies.
Strong classroom management skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
