Welding Supervision & Fabrication
Supervise welding activities during tower section fabrication.
Ensure welding is performed according to approved WPS (Welding Procedure Specification).
Monitor welding processes such as SAW (Submerged Arc Welding), MIG, and FCAW.
Ensure proper fit-up, alignment, and joint preparation before welding.
Quality Control & Inspection
Conduct welding inspections and verify weld quality.
Coordinate NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) like UT, RT, MT, and PT.
Ensure compliance with welding standards such as American Welding Society codes and project specifications.
Monitor fabrication processes to improve productivity and reduce defects.
Coordinate with production teams to meet project deadlines.
Implement safety and quality procedures in manufacturing
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Identify welding defects and recommend corrective actions.
Solve fabrication and mechanical issues during tower manufacturing.
Support equipment maintenance related to welding machines and fabrication tools.
Required Skills
Knowledge of welding processes (SAW, MIG, FCAW)
Reading fabrication drawings
Knowledge of NDT inspection methods
Understanding of structural steel fabrication
Quality control and documentation

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
