Contract labour management (recruitment, statutory compliances etc)Contractor legal compliances .
Handling / deployment of workers, setting up shift schedules, organizing training of workers
Managing talent acquisition, onboarding, salary and wage payments
Grievance handling / management - resolving conflicts between workers, supervisors, contractors
Overall housekeeping and maintenance of plant premises.
Observing health and safety practices in the company.
Upkeep and maintenance of safety equipment.
Liaisoning with local government agencies / authorities as required (labour office, factory inspector office, Electricity Board, Gas Supply, GPCB)
Handle legal matters Conduct and organize training activities. Prepare and maintain training records.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
