Strong understanding of fabrication processes.
Knowledge of structural steel, plate fabrication, piping, and sheet metal.
Expertise in nesting software (SigmaNEST, Pronest, Lantek, AutoNest, Most 2D, etc.).
Ability to read fabrication drawings and BOMs.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with production planning and inventory control.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and coordination abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in fabrication, steel structures, heavy engineering, or sheet metal manufacturing.
Experience with CNC laser, plasma, or oxy-fuel cutting operations.
Hands-on experience in production planning, nesting, and raw material planning.
