Roles and Responsibilities
Lead Full Stack Developer with expertise in C#/.NET Core, React/Next.js, and microservices architecture.
Develop scalable backend services using .NET Core, clean architecture, and async programming.
Use SOLID principles, Design pattern and Command patterns for loosely coupled code.
Experience with containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) is essential.
Design and implement event-driven systems with message brokers like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus.
Build and maintain productive data access layers using Entity Framework Core, Dapper, SQL, or NoSQL.
Develop responsive UIs with React, integrating REST APIs and implementing SSR/CSR using Next.js.
Ensure code quality via unit testing, observability tools (Splunk, AppDynamics), and secure coding practices.
Lead design discussions, perform code reviews, and mentor team members on backend/frontend best practices.
