Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across the organization.
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, Apna, Job Hai, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
Screen candidates based on job requirements and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interview rounds with hiring managers.
Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding selection, documentation, and joining.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Handle bulk hiring and multiple positions simultaneously.
Coordinate offer/LOI documentation and joining formalities.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates to ensure smooth joining.
Meet recruitment targets and close positions within the defined timelines.
Maintain proper recruitment reports and daily/weekly hiring updates.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
