We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Noida . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Onboarding, Credentialing, compliance, background verification, I-9 & E-Verify.

The role will also involve supporting the recruiting team by sourcing and screening potential candidates for our US clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end US candidate onboarding and HR documentation.
Handle Form I-9 and E-Verify processes in accordance with applicable requirements.
Initiate, track, and coordinate US background verification/BGV processes .
Follow up with candidates, recruiters, vendors,



and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of onboarding requirements.
Maintain accurate employee and candidate records in HR systems/ATS .
Support recruitment teams with US client staffing requirements and candidate processing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
1 years of experience in US HR Operations
Hands-on experience with I-9 and E-Verify
Experience managing US background checks and drug screening.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
