About the Role

DLIFE Home Interiors is looking for a proactive and experienced HR – Talent Acquisition / Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate candidate databases, recruitment records, and talent pipelines.
Understand hiring requirements and coordinate closely with hiring managers.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Support onboarding and other HR-related activities as required.
Use Zoho and other HR/recruitment tools for maintaining recruitment data and records.

Requirements




2 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, BBA, MBA (HR) or a related field.
Strong knowledge of recruitment and candidate management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions and recruitment requirements simultaneously.
Proactive, organized, and target-oriented approach.
Valuable interpersonal and coordination skills.
Knowledge of Zoho software will be an advantage.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
