Location: Noida · Work from Office – Noida Sector 62

Salary: ₹20,000–₹38,000

Timings: 1 PM–10 PM (No Cab Facility)

We are looking for a target-driven HR Recruiter with strong Non-IT recruitment experience who can independently manage hiring from sourcing to joining.

Key Responsibilities





Manage end-to-end Non-IT recruitment across multiple positions.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant platforms.

Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.

Evaluate candidates for communication, experience, salary, notice period, and role fit.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.

Handle salary negotiation, offer rollout, and joining coordination.

Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for urgent requirements.

Reduce offer dropouts and candidate backouts through consistent engagement.

Maintain daily recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

Work independently on weekly/monthly hiring targets.

Pay: ₹25,201.59 - ₹38,329.50 per month
