Hands-on experience with Cisco, Arista, Palo Alto and/or F5 • Robust expertise in Switching, Routing, OSPF, BGP, VRF, EVPN/VXLAN • Experience with Load Balancing and VPN technologies • Solid knowledge of network security, monitoring and troubleshooting • Experience supporting critical production/cloud environments • Valuable understanding of incident, problem and change management • Experience with network automation/scripting is an advantage • Exposure to Jira, ServiceNow and network observability tools
Responsibilities •
Provide L2/L3 support for network incidents and complex production issues.
Troubleshoot routing, switching, VPN, load balancing and connectivity issues.
Monitor network availability, performance,
latency and overall health.
Perform RCA and implement solutions for recurring incidents.
Support customer onboarding, connectivity setup and cutover activities.
Maintain network security in line with defined security standards and policies.
Perform network device upgrades, patching and lifecycle management.
Support network automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work with Engineering, Security, Governance and Cloud teams to resolve critical issues.
Maintain technical documentation and provide daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.
