Key Responsibilities
Source and identify candidates for Pharma, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, and related roles.
Screen candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
Use LinkedIn, job portals, databases,



and other sourcing channels to identify suitable candidates.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate records and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements
1–3 years of recruitment experience in IT, Non-IT, or Life Sciences recruitment.
Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn Pharma and Life Sciences recruitment.
Ability to work in a target-driven and rapid-paced recruitment workplace.
