Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end current product development projects for plastic products.
Develop cutting-edge products based on customer requirements and market trends.
Select suitable polymer grades and raw materials based on product application.
Coordinate with Design, Tool Room, Production, Quality, and Procurement teams during product development.
Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, and risk assessments for recent products.
Develop product specifications, BOMs, technical drawings, and manufacturing documentation.
Plan and execute product trials, validation, and pilot production.
Resolve technical issues during product development and production scale-up.




Work closely with tool manufacturers for mold development and modifications.
Ensure products comply with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
Manage multiple development projects while meeting project timelines and budgets.
Drive product improvement, value engineering, and cost optimization initiatives.
Support customers during product development, sampling, and approval stages.
Mentor and guide the NPD team to improve technical capabilities and project executio
