Role & responsibilities
Inbound & Outbound Operations: Oversee the receiving, unloading, sorting, packing, and dispatching of goods and raw materials.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct physical audits, and update records using a Warehouse Executive Guide or computerized WMS/ERP software.
Staff Supervision: Assist in scheduling, training, and guiding warehouse staff to hit daily productivity targets.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace health, safety protocols, and 5S cleanliness practices on the warehouse floor.
Vendor Coordination: Communicate with suppliers and transport carriers to resolve delivery delays and schedule shipments.

Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelors degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in warehousing, inventory control, or store management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, data entry, and warehouse management software (WMS).
Soft Skills: Robust organizational abilities, problem-solving aptitude, and explicit communication.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate who has worked in warehouse operations with pharma.
