About the Role

Lotus Healthcare Services LLP is looking for a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to provide personal and medical care to patients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on nursing experience and a strong commitment to patient comfort, safety, and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care support: bathing, grooming, mobility assistance, and daily living activities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, oxygen levels, blood sugar)
Perform basic wound care and dressing changes
Assist with feeding, hygiene, and positioning for bedridden or elderly patients
Maintain accurate patient records and daily care logs
Coordinate with doctors and family members regarding patient condition
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and escalate as needed
Ensure a clean, safe,



and hygienic care setting

Required Qualifications & Skills
GNM / B.Sc Nursing (or equivalent recognized nursing qualification)
Valid Nursing Council registration/license
Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical, hospital, or home/personal care nursing
Basic Life Support (BLS) / First Aid knowledge preferred
Valuable communication skills and a patient, empathetic approach
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights/weekends if required
