We are looking for an experienced Nursing Superintendent to oversee nursing operations and support high-quality patient care at a hospital in Adoni, Kurnool. The role involves supervising nursing staff, coordinating nursing services, maintaining clinical standards, and supporting compliance with hospital policies and applicable quality standards.

Qualifications
M.Sc. Nursing.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Nursing Superintendent.
Experience working in an NABH-accredited hospital preferred.
Strong knowledge of nursing practices, patient safety, and infection-control procedures.
Valuable leadership, communication, and team-management skills.

Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day nursing operations and services.
Supervise, guide, and coordinate nursing staff across departments.




Ensure quality and secure nursing care for patients.
Monitor nursing standards, protocols, and clinical practices.
Coordinate with doctors, hospital management, and other departments.
Support staff scheduling, deployment, and workforce requirements.
Monitor infection-control and patient-safety practices.
Maintain and review nursing documentation and records.
Support NABH-related quality and compliance activities.
Identify operational issues and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
