Note: This is NOT a clinical nursing vacancy. We are hiring a Nursing Tutor/Faculty for our coaching institute, which trains nurses for various competitive examinations.
Role Overview
We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Nursing Tutor to deliver high-quality, exam-oriented teaching and mentor students throughout their preparation.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct classes in various nursing subjects.
Develop PPTs, notes, MCQs, question banks, and other academic content.
Review and monitor the quality of classes and content delivered by other faculty members.
Mentor and guide active students in their academic preparation.
Conduct revision, doubt-clearing, and exam-oriented sessions.
Collaborate with faculty members to maintain consistent academic standards.
Stay updated with examination patterns, syllabus, and significant topics.
Requirements
B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing or equivalent.
Robust knowledge of nursing subjects and competitive examinations.
Excellent teaching and communication skills.
Positive content-development and presentation skills.
Prior teaching/coaching experience will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
