Position: Operations & Client Servicing Executive

Location: Pune

Industry: Wealth Management / Mutual Funds / Financial Services The role involves supporting day-to-day investment operations while ensuring a smooth and responsive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
Handle mutual fund and investment-related operations
Process transactions, account opening and documentation
Coordinate KYC, FATCA and other client documentation
Assist clients with service requests and transaction-related queries
Maintain and update client records and MIS
Coordinate with AMCs, platforms and other service providers
Track pending transactions and ensure timely closure




Support Relationship Managers in client servicing
Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance and confidentiality

Preferred Candidate
Experience in Mutual Funds / Wealth Management / Banking / Financial Services preferred
Valuable communication and client-handling skills
Robust attention to detail and follow-up
Comfortable with Excel, reporting and financial-service platforms
Knowledge of mutual fund operations will be an advantage
