Key Responsibilities NMS Platform Operations
Perform day-to-day operational activities on NMS platforms such as ManageEngine OpManager, SolarWinds, or similar monitoring tools.
Configure and manage device discovery, monitoring templates, thresholds, and alerts.
Add/remove devices, interfaces, servers, applications, and services for monitoring.
Configure dashboards, widgets, and monitoring views based on operational requirements.
Manage users, roles, and access within the monitoring platform.

• Perform NMS platform health checks and ensure monitoring availability.

Required Technical Skills •

Hands-on experience with any enterprise NMS solution:

o ManageEngine OpManager o SolarWinds o Nagios o Zabbix o PRTG o Similar monitoring platforms
Valuable understanding of network and infrastructure monitoring concepts.
Knowledge of:

o SNMP monitoring o Network protocols o Server monitoring o Performance monitoring o Alert management
Basic troubleshooting knowledge of Windows/Linux systems.
Understanding of ITIL processes such as Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
