About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and organized Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of Filumart.com. The role involves coordinating daily activities, managing customer requirements, maintaining operational records, and using basic AI and digital tools to improve work efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate day-to-day business operations.
Handle customer queries, requirements, follow-ups, and coordination.
Maintain proper records of operational and customer-related activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Monitor customer requests and ensure proper follow-up until resolution.
Assist in customer onboarding and support activities.
Use basic AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity tools for daily operational tasks.
Prepare reports, documents, and routine operational updates.
Identify operational issues and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
Support Management with administrative and operational activities as required.





Required Skills
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of AI tools and digital productivity tools.
Positive organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Good English and Malayalam communication skills.

Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
1–2 years of experience in operations, customer management, administration, or a related role is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
