Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager – B2B to manage and streamline day-to-day business operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with B2B clients, managing operational processes, ensuring timely service delivery, improving efficiency, and maintaining robust client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end B2B operational activities and ensure smooth daily operations.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
Handle B2B client requirements, orders, service requests, and operational queries.
Ensure timely execution and delivery of client requirements as per agreed timelines.
Monitor operational performance, productivity, and service quality.
Develop and implement effective SOPs and operational processes.
Track orders, dispatches, deliveries, documentation, and other operational activities.
Resolve operational issues and client escalations promptly.
Prepare MIS reports, operational dashboards, and performance reports for management.
Monitor team performance and allocate work effectively.
Train, guide, and supervise the operations team.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Support teams.




Identify process gaps and implement corrective measures to improve efficiency.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key B2B clients.

Required Skills

Ability to handle multiple clients and operational activities simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and CRM/ERP systems.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM in Operations, Business Management, or a related field will be an advantage.
Prior experience in B2B operations, business operations, client servicing, or supply-chain-related operations preferred.
