Responsibilities
Coordinating and tracking daily operational activities
Maintaining reports, records and operational data
Working on Google Sheets, Excel and internal trackers
Following up with team members, partners and other stakeholders
Supporting research, documentation and data management
Ensuring assigned tasks are completed within timelines
Identifying operational gaps and suggesting process improvements
Assisting the management team with various business operations tasks
