We are looking for a smart, responsible, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to work closely with the Founder & CEO. No prior experience is required. Freshers who are willing to learn and take responsibility are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily schedules, meetings, appointments, and reminders
Handle emails, calls, WhatsApp messages, and follow-ups
Coordinate with employees, clients, and business partners
Maintain important documents and records
Prepare basic reports and documents
Follow up on assigned tasks and deadlines
Assist with daily administrative and business activities
Support the Founder & CEO with day-to-day requirements
Maintain confidentiality of business information

Requirements
No prior experience required
Freshers are welcome
Good communication skills




Basic English speaking and writing skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
Good organizational and time-management skills
Willingness to learn and take responsibility
Qualified, punctual, and trustworthy
Ability to handle multiple tasks
