Job Responsibilities:
Review, analyze, and report pathology investigations
Supervise laboratory operations and quality control processes
Interpret hematology, biochemistry, clinical pathology, histopathology, and cytology reports
Coordinate with clinicians for accurate diagnosis and patient management
Oversee microbiology testing, culture reports, and infection control practices where applicable
Ensure compliance with NABL and laboratory quality standards
Maintain accurate documentation and laboratory records
Guide laboratory technicians and support staff

Skills Required:




Solid diagnostic and reporting skills
Knowledge of microbiology and laboratory quality systems
Excellent communication and clinical coordination abilities
Attention to detail and commitment to quality reporting
