Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication, Film Making, Photography, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in videography, cinematography, photography, or content creation.
Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating Reels, photography, event coverage, and social media content.
Good understanding of camera handling, framing, lighting, composition, and audio.

Key Responsibilities
Shoot high-quality photos and videos for NIILM University’s social media, website, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form video content.
Cover university events, seminars, workshops, festivals, sports, student activities, and campus life.
Shoot student/faculty interviews, testimonials, course videos, and promotional content.
Capture content in both vertical and horizontal formats as required.




Operate cameras, gimbals, microphones, lights, and other basic production equipment.
Coordinate with the Content, Social Media, and Digital Marketing teams for content requirements.
Stay updated with social media trends and creative content formats.

Preferred Skills
Robust photography and videography skills.
Experience with Instagram Reels and short-form content.
Creative eye for shots, angles, storytelling, and composition.
Ability to work on-location and cover live events.
Robust portfolio/showreel is preferred.

Pay Scale

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

(Based on experience, skills, and portfolio.)
