Pickrr / Faster Assist is Shiprocket's AI-powered chat and voice assistant helping D2C brands recover drop-offs and drive conversions at checkout.
Responsibilities
Following up on merchant KYC completion and documentation requirements.
Tracking feature enablement requests and monitoring their progress.
Maintaining operational trackers and providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
Supporting the team with merchant onboarding and activation processes
